State Bank of India Officer's Association (Lucknow Circle) represents over 6000 officers of State Bank of India posted under the geographical area of Lucknow Circle of SBI. All officers belong to Jmgs-I to SMGS-V are members of SBIOA (Lucknow Circle). Our association was formed in 1965 and registered under the Trade Union Act 1926 with Registrar of Trade Unions, Kanpur. It is affiliated to All India State Bank Officers' Federation (AISBOF) at Bank level and All India Bank Officers' Confederation (AIBOC) at industry level. Association is a non-political and do not affiliate to any Central Trade Union sponsored by political parties. Association is continuously serving for the welfare of its members. This is sole officers' organisation in SBI and duly recognized by the Bank Management.

A pioneering, apolitical and responsive officers' union movement with enlightened values and committed cadre, inspiringly led, ever at the focused services of the members, the Bank and the community at large. A Circle Committee is formed at Circle level headed by its President and General Secretary along with other office bearers from over the Circle and various Zonal Committee at various Zones. Presently Shri ARVIND KUMAR AGNIHOTRI is President and Shri PAWAN KUMAR is General Secretary, who were got elected in the recently held election in Aug 2021. The Triennial General Council is held as per Bye-Laws of the Association to install the newly elected committee.

1. To organize and unite all officers of the Bank & regulate their relations with the employers.
2. To secure for the members' fair condition of life & Service.
3. To have members' grievances redressed as per Bye-laws & rules of the Association.
4. To endeavor to settle disputes between Bank and the members as also members inter-se.
5. To promote and safe-guard the interest, rights and privileges of the members.

Generally, to do all such other acts, matters and things as may be necessary, incidental to the attainment of the above objects or any of them, subject always to the provisions of Sec.15 of the Trade Union Act 1926, in the matter of expenditure that may be involved.
